- Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the course start date will get a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 2-3 weeks of the course start date will get a 50% refund.
- No refund will be given for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the course start date.
2. In the event that a course cannot be delivered
In the unlikely event that Restorative Now is unable to deliver the course, a full refund or a place on the next available course will be offered.
3. Payment
Payment for the course must be made prior to the commencement of the course.
4. Privacy and Security
Where an online link for access to the course is given, it is the responsibility of the registered participant to protect the privacy and security of all other participants by ensuring that the course link is only used by the person to whom it was sent to.
