This Restorative Practice Facilitator Training Course is available is several forms.
The In Person Facilitator Training courses are delivered over three days, either run consecutively by day or weekly.
The course is also available as a Webinar with a series of 10 interactive modules covering the same material as the In-Person course, with each module running for one and half hours.
We also have an e-learning option that allows participants to view the material according to their specific timing schedule. This video resource is presented in 5 workshops and these are of one hour duration, followed by an additional four interactive workshops allowing for staff to be assessed in their facilitator practice skills. These final four interactive workshops also allow for collaboration and the addressing of key strategies and implementation planning. Each video resource module is followed by the personal completion of the online Reflective Learning Log.
Graduating participants of these foundation Facilitator Skills Courses will understand the ethos and values of Restorative Practice and have the capacity to facilitate conversations between parties.
Additional specialty courses are offered addressing work with Complex and Sensitive Cases, Victim engagement and The Art of Engagement.
